Every Condo Building in Park Shore, Side by Side
Park Shore holds 34 condominium buildings, from full-floor beachfront towers to villas and mid-rises on Venetian Bay. They differ in ways that matter far more than price per square foot: some allow 30-day rentals while others allow none, pet rules range from two dogs to none at all, and the newest tower is three decades younger than the oldest. This is the full comparison.

How to Read This Comparison
The median sale reflects the typical closed price in each building from January 2023 through mid-2026, and the sales count shows how often it trades. Where a building had only a handful of sales, the figure shows what happened rather than a trend, so we look at list prices and pending sales before advising on any building. Leasing and pet rules are drawn from each association and change over time; “Ask us” marks buildings where we confirm the current rules directly with the association.
Beyond price and rules, the milestone inspection, reserve funding and any planned assessments often decide which buildings are right for a buyer. Each of the linked towers has its own guide with those details, and we confirm them for every other building on request.
