Why We Work the Way We Do
Most real estate is sold on volume: more agents, more listings, more transactions, less time for any one of them. We chose the opposite model. Robert came to real estate from marketing and advertising, where the standard was quality over quantity, and built the brokerage on the same principle. As advisors rather than salespeople, our job is to tell clients what we would do in their position — including when the right answer is to wait, walk away or look at a different building — and to negotiate as if the outcome were our own. Because we are independent, we have no house inventory to push, no corporate targets to hit and no reason to recommend anything but the right property.

A native Floridian born and raised in Miami, Robert has lived in Naples with his family for more than twenty years and has been licensed since 2015. He holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist designations. A background in graphic design and advertising shapes how every Alpizar & Company listing is presented — photography, film, print and digital are directed in-house to a standard most brokerages outsource.

Marlene co-leads the sales team and works directly with buyers and sellers across Naples' waterfront neighborhoods, bringing the same advisory approach to every client relationship.
