The Savoy is a building where pricing discipline pays: the median residence closed at 80% of its original asking price after 111 days, and one that launched near $2 million sold for $1,050,000 after 300. No residences were listed for sale on September 29, 2026, so the next well-priced listing will meet pent-up demand. For the whole neighborhood, see the Park Shore market report.

Renting at the Savoy
The Savoy permits up to 12 leases a year with a 30-day minimum, and owners use it. Twenty-four seasonal leases were recorded in the MLS between February 2025 and June 2026, more than at any other Park Shore building; the next most active tower recorded five. Two-bedroom residences leased at a median of $18,000 a month and three-bedroom residences at $20,000, with the highest at $24,194, and half of the leases were dated January to March. For buyers who plan to rent, it has the strongest rental record on the Park Shore sand.
Alpizar Property Management handles seasonal leases of 30 to 180 days and high-end annual leases, from pricing and marketing to arrival and departure, and can prepare a rental projection for any Savoy residence you are considering; see also our Park Shore vacation rentals. Pets are not permitted.
Amenities, Ownership and Life at the Savoy
Residents have a beachfront pool and spa, Har-Tru tennis courts, shuffleboard, a fitness center with sauna and steam, a social room, billiards, a barbecue area, two guest suites, bike storage and a car wash area, behind a gated entrance with a staffed front desk and 24-hour security. Each residence has one covered parking space and penthouses two. Recent listings show total association fees of about $26,000 to $33,000 a year. Florida law requires condominium buildings three stories and taller to complete a milestone structural inspection at 30 years, or 25 where the local jurisdiction requires it, and every 10 years after, and a structural integrity reserve study every 10 years, the first due by December 31, 2025. For a building of this age, ask for both reports and the reserve schedule before you commit; resale buyers have seven days after receiving the association documents to cancel.
