Plans run two bedrooms, two bedrooms plus a den, and three bedrooms, from roughly 1,177 to 1,500 square feet under air. Three floors means no elevator wait and, in the top-floor residences, vaulted ceilings and more light than the square footage suggests. The bay-facing homes look straight out over the water to the city lights in the evening, with the pool and walkway below. Because the buildings are small and the price of entry is the lowest on this stretch of Gulf Shore Drive, condition varies widely — several residences have been fully remodeled with new kitchens, baths and flooring, others are ready for one. Floor plans are available on request.
Boating, the Beach and Location
Slips sit along the seawall behind the buildings and are bought as they become available, occasionally bundled with a residence; a recent sale included a dock with new mechanicals and lift. Gulf access runs through Wiggins Pass. Across the street, beach access puts the sand a short distance from the door, and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park is just north. The gated entry, the heated pool, tennis and basketball courts and a bayside walkway make up the amenity program, with plenty of guest parking — a practical detail in a neighborhood where most buildings have very little. The Turtle Club, LaPlaya and the Ritz-Carlton are a short distance along the beach, and Mercato and Waterside Shops are minutes east.
