St Laurent was one of Gulf Bay’s second-generation Pelican Bay towers, and its plans reflect that: two-bedroom residences start at about 1,470 square feet and three-bedroom plans reach about 2,515 square feet, with five penthouses crowning the building. Nearly every residence runs front to back, so the living areas open southwest to the Gulf and sunset while the bedrooms look northeast over the Pelican Bay golf course. The 01 stack is the most sought after; the 03 stack faces southwest only. Penthouses and first-floor residences have 10-foot ceilings.
