Four estate residences share each typical floor. The 01 and 04 stacks at the ends are five-bedroom plans of about 5,280 square feet with Gulf views along an entire side of the building; the 02 and 03 stacks in the middle are three-bedroom plans of just over 4,000 square feet. Each opens from a private elevator into a great room framed in floor-to-ceiling glass, with terraces behind glass railings and automated shutters built to current hurricane standards. The penthouse level runs larger, with one plan topped by a private rooftop terrace of more than 3,800 square feet. On the second floor, nine Jardin residences of roughly 1,370 to 2,400 square feet offer a way into the building at a far lower price. Floor plans are available on request.

Mystique was built to function like a private club. A concierge and round-the-clock staff manage the lobby and garage; the amenity levels include a heated pool and spa, two Har-Tru tennis courts, a fitness club with steam rooms, a theater, billiards and club rooms, and guest suites for visiting family. Just off the pool deck, a Pelican Bay tram station carries residents through the mangroves to one of the community’s private beach facilities, with dining and chair service on the sand.
