Robert is the real estate agent everyone would like to have representing them! In our case, we were buying a property! We were very impressed with his advice on what the purchase price should be and also with the negotiation skills he displayed! My experience with Robert was great. I had my land listed with another agent for almost a year with not one offer. I decided to try and sell the property myself at which time Robert inquired about my property. Robert continued to stay in touch, offering to list the property for me. Nowadays, it 's rare to find a Realtor as transparent as Robert. He is very knowledgeable of the overall market, and works diligently to meet and exceed all buyers/sellers expectation.
