What a Season at The Dunes Looks Like
Mornings can begin on a lanai over Turkey Bay, the mangroves and the Gulf beyond. The Plantation Club is a short distance from every tower: the lagoon pool and tiki bar for the afternoon, the fitness center and six Har-Tru courts in the morning, the Royal Palm Room and The Sandbar in the evening, all of it open to approved guests. The beach is a few minutes away at Vanderbilt Beach or Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, and the Ritz-Carlton, LaPlaya, Mercato and Waterside Shops fill the rest of the week.
Choosing the Right Tower for Your Stay
The Island Cove towers, Antigua, Barbados and Cayman, are the flexible choice: three-bedroom residences from about 1,900 to 2,200 square feet and a thirty-day minimum, which makes them the natural fit for a single month or a first winter in Naples. The Grande Preserve towers ask for ninety days and reward it with private elevator entries, larger plans up to about 3,700 square feet and the higher Gulf horizons. Sea Grove's lakefront coach homes come with an attached two-car garage and a front door of their own. Monthly rents scale accordingly, from about $13,000 in the Island Cove towers to about $22,000 in the Grande Preserve for the season.
