The Coach Homes at Sea Grove
Each of Sea Grove's ten buildings holds four homes, two down and two up, every one a three-bedroom plan with ten-foot ceilings, a screened lanai and an attached two-car garage entered from its own driveway. First-floor homes run about 2,060 square feet under air with the lanai opening directly onto the lake and grounds; second-floor homes add roughly 900 square feet, close to 2,970 in all, with a private elevator from the garage level and the higher vantage over the water. Sea Grove was completed in 2002, alongside the Plantation Club, and the homes have been renovated to widely varying degrees since. Floor plans are available on request.
Living at Sea Grove
Sea Grove sits a short distance from the 25,000-square-foot Plantation Club, so the lagoon pool, tiki bar, Royal Palm Room dining, fitness and spa, tennis and pickleball are effectively the neighborhood amenities. What the towers cannot offer is the back gate: Sea Grove's road ends at a private exit onto Conner Park, from which a path leads to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park and the beach, so residents come and go without the main entrance at all. Leases require a ninety-day minimum, four per year, the same as the Grande Preserve towers, and two pets are welcome with breed restrictions. Floridian Club membership generally does not extend to Sea Grove.
