The First Tower at The Dunes, and the Closest to the Beach
Antigua opened The Dunes in 2001, a twelve-story tower at 300 Dunes Blvd on a quiet cul-de-sac at the western edge of the community, nearer the Vanderbilt Beach access gate and the Plantation Club than any other building. It is also the most flexible address at The Dunes: thirty-day leases are permitted up to twelve times a year, which makes Antigua the natural home for owners who want a Naples residence that can also earn its keep.

Residences at Antigua
Antigua's plans are three-bedroom residences with two or three baths at roughly 1,890 to 2,190 square feet under air, along with a handful of two-bedroom-plus-den layouts, all with high ceilings and screened lanais reached through floor-to-ceiling glass. The southwest stacks carry the sunset views over Turkey Bay to the Gulf, while terrace-level residences add private garden terraces that open directly onto the building's pool deck. Common-area elevators serve the floors rather than the private elevators of the Grande Preserve, and each residence includes one under-building garage space. Floor plans are available on request.
Owning and Renting at Antigua
The building keeps its own heated pool, spa and covered grilling area beneath a renovated lobby, and residents enjoy the full 25,000-square-foot Plantation Club with its lagoon pool, tiki bar, Royal Palm Room dining, fitness and spa, tennis and pickleball. The thirty-day rental minimum, twelve leases a year, sets Antigua apart from the Grande Preserve towers and their ninety-day rule, and seasonal tenants pay a premium for the short trip to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. For owners who want the income without the management, Alpizar Property Management handles furnished seasonal rentals in North Naples with an in-house team. Floridian Club membership generally does not extend to the Island Cove towers.

Antigua FAQs
Where is Antigua located within The Dunes?
Antigua is at 300 Dunes Blvd on a cul-de-sac at the western edge of The Dunes of Naples, off Vanderbilt Drive just north of Bluebill Avenue. It is the building closest to the community's beach-access gate and to the Plantation Club, and stands beside the Barbados and Cayman towers.
Can I rent out an Antigua residence short-term?
Antigua permits leases of thirty days or more, up to twelve times per year, which is the most flexible rental policy at The Dunes. The Grande Preserve towers require ninety-day leases and allow four per year. Confirm current rules in the condominium documents before purchasing.
Does Antigua allow pets?
Yes. Owners may keep two pets, with breed restrictions but no weight limit, consistent with the other towers at The Dunes.
Is Antigua on the beach?
No. Antigua sits on the preserve side of Vanderbilt Drive overlooking Turkey Bay and the mangroves, with Gulf views from the western stacks. Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park are a short distance through the community's beach gate, which is nearest to Antigua.
How does Antigua compare to the Grande Preserve towers?
Antigua residences are smaller, at roughly 1,900 to 2,200 square feet, with common elevators, one garage space and a more accessible price point, and they may be rented monthly. The Grande Preserve towers offer larger plans with private elevators, two garage spaces and Floridian Club eligibility, with a ninety-day rental minimum.
Building details, association policies and fees are subject to change and should be verified with the association and current condominium documents before relying on them.
