The standard plans offer three bedrooms and three baths at roughly 2,800 square feet under air, while the larger corner plan adds a den and a half bath and stretches to about 3,700 square feet. A secured elevator opens into a private foyer, the guest bedrooms are en suite, and the screened lanais face west over the bay with floor-to-ceiling glass and electric storm shutters in many residences. A handful of terrace-level residences open directly to the grounds, and every residence includes two garage spaces. Floor plans are available on request.
