Ask About Availability at Nautilus Naples
With eight residences across two buildings, the right one depends on floor, terrace and garage, and on whether you want a slip. Tell us how you plan to use it and we will compare what is available, including residences not publicly listed.
The Residences
The first building, at 1165 8th Street South, holds residences of more than 4,000 square feet, each reached by a coded private elevator that opens into its own foyer, with Italian hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, island kitchens and terraces facing the bay and the skyline. Every residence has a private, climate-controlled garage for two to three cars and its own storage, and residents share a rooftop infinity-edge pool and lounge. The second building of four was marketed a step further: three-bedroom residences with private rooftop terraces of about 1,100 or 1,600 square feet, each with its own splash pool, three- or four-car garages and a deeded office on the first floor.
Living on Crayton Cove
Crayton Cove is the small harbor at the foot of 12th Avenue South where Olde Naples turns from beach town to boating town. The City Dock, the waterfront restaurants of the cove and Third Street South’s shops are all a short walk, and the Naples Pier and the Gulf beach sit at the opposite end of the same street. From the cove, Naples Bay runs south past Aqualane Shores and Port Royal to Gordon Pass and open water — which is why Nautilus appeals to owners who want the walkability of Olde Naples without giving up a boat.
What to Confirm Before You Buy
Slip rights are separate from the residence, so we confirm exactly which slips are available, whether they are owned or leased, and what they cost to carry. We also review the association budget and reserves for a building this new, flood zone and elevation for a bayfront site, the leasing and pet rules, and which garage, storage and office space convey with the residence — before an offer rather than after.
Other Ways to Live on Naples Bay
Buyers drawn to Nautilus for the water often compare it with Naples Bay Resort, where a marina and club come with ownership, and with Bayfront on the Gordon River at the other end of downtown. Those who want a private dock at the back door should look at homes in Aqualane Shores and Port Royal, and our guide to Naples condos with a boat slip covers the rest of the city. For buildings a block or two from the Gulf instead, start with Olde Naples condos.
