Nowadays, it 's rare to find a Realtor as transparent as Robert. He is very knowledgeable of the overall market, and works diligently to meet and exceed all buyers/sellers expectation. As a seller remotely from out-of-town, I need someone who can present the fair market value, Robert came in and  did throughout research to be able to have smooth transaction in shortest time possible. I strongly believe he is fair to both buyers and sellers. Strongly recommended to anyone in need for selling/buying property in Naples (GGE specifically) area.

My experience with Robert was great. I had my land listed with another agent for almost a year with not one offer. I decided to try and sell the property myself at which time Robert inquired about my property. Robert continued to stay in touch, offering to list the property for me. He was  persistent but in no way pushy. He was confident that he could get the price I was looking for . I decided to give him a chance, as I really appreciated all his efforts. I listed the property with Robert in mid January and a little over one month later, the property sale has been completed and successfully sold. He is a cut above the rest! Robert was instrumental in helping us find a home which suited our needs. He is quick to respond to requests by email or text, frequently within minutes! He accommodated all requests to walk through homes on our wish list and was punctual and professional at all appointments. Robert is extremely responsive and knowledgeable in his field. He helped find a lovely carriage home in a great area in Naples. Couldn’t have asked for a kinder person to help with my search. Because we aren’t local often and have lots of questions from afar, he finds the answers to questions he  may not immediately know. He is highly regarded by the people he has put us in contact with for various reasons. It isn’t about the sale to him, it’s about making people happy. Robert helped us on a foreclosure property in Naples and it could not have gone smoother. He was always very prompt about keeping us updated through the whole contract process and he was a huge part of why we ended up getting the property for a great price. Marlene worked with my wife for nearly 3 years keeping us updated as to what came on the market in our price range. She took us to numerous condos until we found the one we wanted. She was with us every step of the way, helping with financing, insurance, title search etc. Living in NY and buying a  condo in FL. can be difficult but Marlene walked us through the process like family.

Imagine trying to sell a house as part of an estate sale from 1,500 miles away. Now imagine the extra difficulties that the Covid pandemic/crisis heaped on top. Robert allowed me to handle everything remotely and avoid the dangers of travel. More importantly he dealt with the many challenges of maintaining the home and readying it for sale from keeping the pool clean and the grass cut, to interior repairs and cleaning out the home. An especially difficult task as his team was instrumental in working with a homeowner's association that wouldn't permit yard sales or auctions of any kind to "make" an estate sale happen.
