ARE YOU LICENSED?
A Property Management License does not exist in the State of Florida only a CAM License which is required to manage Associations. With that said, we are licensed Real Estate Brokers and Sales Associates whom are members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers).
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, our brokerage carries a Liability Insurance Policy that includes Property Management..
CAN I REACH YOU AFTER HOURS?
Yes, we are available 24/7 in the case of an emergency.
CAN YOU PUT THE MONEY DIRECTLY INTO MY ACCOUNT?
Yes, we offer direct ACH Payments that typically take One Business Day to receive.
DO I GET TO SEE THE LEASE OR SIGN IT?
Yes, all leases must be signed by the owner and our team is available to review and answer any questions regarding the lease.
DO YOU SELL REAL ESTATE TOO?

HOW AND WHEN DO I GET MY CHECKS?
We do not send checks, we offer direct ACH Payments that typically take One Business Day to receive.
HOW IS RENT COLLECTION HANDLED?
We collect rent from the tenant and offer them convenient ways to pay on time.... such as online payments.
HOW LONG OF A LEASE DO YOU SIGN?
We handle leases from 30 Days to One Year.... and anything in between. We do not handle weekly rentals.
HOW MUCH SECURITY DEPOSIT DO YOU CHARGE THE TENANT?
Depends on the property and Duration of Lease... in addition to a security deposit, we require that tenants purchase a Renter's Insurance Policy for the duration of the lease.
HOW SOON CAN YOU START MANAGING MY PROPERTY?
As soon as a couple of days if the property is ready to rent. Initial content such as pictures and listing input typically take 1-3 days. Typically we will visit a new property and assess before estimating an active rental listing date.
WHAT TYPE OF PROPERTIES DO YOU MANAGE?
Residential Condominiums, Single Family Homes and Multi-family Properties such as Duplexes, Triplexes and Quadraplexes.
WHAT TYPE OF REPORTS DO I GET AND HOW OFTEN?
Owners receive reports at the end of a rental term, a report if and when maintenance or repairs have been completed and an end of year report to provide to the owner's accountant.
WHO HOLDS THE TENANT SECURITY DEPOSIT?
Tenant security deposits are held in an escrow account.
