Robert Alpizar

Robert Alpizar is the Broker-Owner of Alpizar & Company, a family-owned independent brokerage in Naples, Florida, specializing in luxury waterfront and coastal real estate. A native Floridian born and raised in Miami, he has lived in Naples with his family for more than twenty years, has been licensed since 2015, and is fluent in English and Spanish. He established the Alpizar Real Estate brand in 2016 and founded Alpizar & Company in 2019 on a single principle: quality over quantity. The brokerage represents a deliberately limited number of clients at a time, and Robert personally prices, negotiates and directs the presentation of every listing.

He holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist designations. Before real estate, Robert worked in marketing, advertising and graphic design — a background that shapes how every Alpizar & Company listing is photographed, filmed and presented, to a standard most brokerages outsource. He also leads Alpizar Property Management, which looks after Naples residences for owners who live elsewhere.

When he is not working, he is usually on the water or under it — boating, scuba diving, racing motorcycles, traveling, and photographing all of it.
