Request a Curated Selection of Admiralty Point Residences
Admiralty Point trades more often than any other bayfront community in The Moorings, but bay-view and roof-garden residences go quickly. Tell us your building, floor and whether you need a boat slip, and we will send the right residences privately as they come up.
Living at Admiralty Point
Admiralty Point feels more like a private resort than a condominium. The buildings step down toward the water, so outer residences sit just two floors up while the center rises to nine stories, and the terraces create roof gardens for select upper homes. Ten acres of landscaped grounds hold two pools, one close to Olympic length, clay tennis courts, two clubhouses and a fitness room, and elevators serve individual stacks, which adds privacy and security.
Boaters can lease a slip on Moorings Bay and run out to the Gulf through Doctors Pass, and the beach is across the boulevard. Fifth Avenue South is a few minutes to the south and the Village Shops on Venetian Bay a few minutes north.
Buying at Admiralty Point
Admiralty Point has a median sale of about $2.0 million since 2023, with bay-view and renovated residences reaching about $3.5 million, and it has had more than 20 sales in that time, which gives buyers clear pricing. It offers far more space and grounds for the money than the Gulf-front towers, in exchange for crossing the street to the beach.
Because the buildings date to the late 1970s and early 1980s, we review the milestone inspection, the structural integrity reserve study and any planned assessments, and we confirm boat slip availability, with every buyer before an offer.
