Three Beach Clubs, One Address

Every residence in Bay Colony carries automatic membership in the Bay Colony Community Association, and with it the private Bay Colony Beach Club on the Gulf, the six-court Bay Colony Tennis Club, and full privileges in the Pelican Bay Foundation's own amenity system: nearly three miles of beach, two beachfront restaurants reached by tram through the mangroves, racquet centers and a community wellness campus. No other enclave in Naples layers a private club of its own on top of Pelican Bay's.

The Bay Colony Tennis Club & Community Center

Across from the Beach Club, the Bay Colony Tennis Club keeps six hydro-clay courts, a full-service pro shop and teaching professionals on staff, with clinics, round robins, organized men's and ladies' play and tournaments through the season. The Bay Colony Community Center at 8700 Bay Colony Drive sits beside the courts, housing the association's offices and social rooms with a covered, fan-cooled terrace and bar counter overlooking play. It is a proper tennis community rather than a pair of courts behind a tower, and because it is a Bay Colony facility rather than a Pelican Bay one, court time and programming are reserved for residents. Brick-paved walking and cycling paths connect the towers, the estate streets, the Tennis Club and the Beach Club without leaving the gates.

How Membership Works

Bay Colony's amenities are funded through the Bay Colony Community Association and the Pelican Bay Foundation rather than sold as separate memberships, so they attach to the residence and pass to the next owner at closing without a transfer fee or a waiting list; the annual assessments for both are part of every Bay Colony budget. The Bay Colony Golf Club is the exception. It sits in Pelican Marsh, on the east side of U.S. 41 beside The Estates at Bay Colony Golf Club, and its member-owned equity memberships are purchased separately and subject to availability. A residence advertised with a golf membership is offering it as a distinct, negotiable asset, and we will tell you whether it is one worth paying for.

Find a Residence Inside the Gates

The amenities are the same from every front door in Bay Colony; the question is which tower, stack and plan suit you, and whether the estate streets or the beachfront fit the way you live. Tell us how you spend a Naples day and we will assemble a private selection of residences, including any being quietly prepared for market. Call (239) 438-1102.
