Naples, Fla. (February 1, 2023) – In the first year after a two-year interruption in normal activity caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Naples real estate market is stable in terms of value, but there are not as many homes to choose from, and prices have elevated. "Hurricane Ian Failed to Upset Naples Housing Market’s Resilience."

Naples, Fla. (October 21, 2022) – The impact of Hurricane Ian, as witnessed on the last two days of September, is not reflected in the September 2022 Market Report by the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR®), which tracks home listings and sales within Collier County (excluding Marco Island).
