Is The Moorings a buyer’s or a seller’s market?

Balanced overall, at just under six months of supply, but it depends on the building. Gulf-front condominiums carry under four months and sold 79 times in the last year, more than double the year before. Bay-front condominiums carry almost nine months, and eleven of September’s nineteen unsold listings were bay-front condominiums.
