My experience with Robert was great. I had my land listed with another agent for almost a year with not one offer. I decided to try and sell the property myself at which time Robert inquired about my property. Robert continued to stay in touch, offering to list the property for me. He was  persistent but in no way pushy. He was confident that he could get the price I was looking for . I decided to give him a chance, as I really appreciated all his efforts. I listed the property with Robert in mid January and a little over one month later, the property sale has been completed and successfully sold. Marlene worked with my wife for nearly 3 years keeping us updated as to what came on the market in our price range. She took us to numerous condos until we found the one we wanted.
