Very refreshing to have someone as excited to find me a property as I am to get one. Having Mr Alpizar in my corner is a blessing. I've had recent dealings with other agents and it seemed they were more bothered to help or even at times call back. Since working with Mr Alpizar I've seen three times the properties and am close to closing on my dream home now, thanks to his hard work and perseverance. 5 Stars across the board.

Marlene worked with my wife for nearly 3 years keeping us updated as to what came on the market in our price range. She took us to numerous condos until we found the one we wanted. She was with us every step of the way, helping with financing, insurance, title search etc. Living in NY and buying a  condo in FL. can be difficult but Marlene walked us through the process like family.

My experience with Robert was great. I had my land listed with another agent for almost a year with not one offer. I decided to try and sell the property myself at which time Robert inquired about my property. Robert continued to stay in touch, offering to list the property for me. He was  persistent but in no way pushy. He was confident that he could get the price I was looking for . I decided to give him a chance, as I really appreciated all his efforts. Nowadays, it 's rare to find a Realtor as transparent as Robert. He is very knowledgeable of the overall market, and works diligently to meet and exceed all buyers/sellers expectation. As a seller remotely from out-of-town, I need someone who can present the fair market value, Robert came in and  did throughout research to be able to have smooth transaction in shortest time possible.
