Very refreshing to have someone as excited to find me a property as I am to get one. Having Mr Alpizar in my corner is a blessing. I've had recent dealings with other agents and it seemed they were more bothered to help or even at times call back. Marlene worked with my wife for nearly 3 years keeping us updated as to what came on the market in our price range. She took us to numerous condos until we found the one we wanted. My experience with Robert was great. I had my land listed with another agent for almost a year with not one offer. Nowadays, it 's rare to find a Realtor as transparent as Robert. He is very knowledgeable of the overall market, and works diligently to meet and exceed all buyers/sellers expectation. As a seller remotely from out-of-town, I need someone who can present the fair market value, Robert came in and  did throughout research to be able to have smooth transaction in shortest time possible.
