Marlene Alpizar

Marlene Alpizar co-leads the sales team at Alpizar & Company, the family-owned independent brokerage she and her husband Robert built in Naples around a single principle: quality over quantity. She works directly with buyers and sellers across Naples' waterfront neighborhoods — from Port Royal and Aqualane Shores to Park Shore, Pelican Bay and Bay Colony — and with the seasonal and out-of-state owners who make up much of the firm's clientele.

Marlene holds the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and is a Certified DRS Agent, the designation endorsed by the American Medical Association and other physician associations for agents who serve relocating doctors and medical professionals. With NCH, Physicians Regional and the region's growing medical community drawing physicians to Naples each year, she brings particular experience to the timelines, financing programs and relocation logistics that come with a medical move.

Her approach is that of an advisor rather than a salesperson. Buyers who work with her receive a curated search built around how they intend to live, not a feed of listings; private showings on their schedule, including video walk-throughs for clients relocating from elsewhere; and a candid read on each property, its building or neighborhood, and what it should trade for before an offer is written. Sellers receive the same directness on pricing, preparation and timing.

Because Alpizar & Company represents a limited number of clients at a time, Marlene is personally involved from the first conversation through closing. Fluent in English and Spanish, she works with clients from across the United States, Canada and Latin America. She lives in Naples with Robert and their family, and welcomes a conversation with anyone considering a home, seasonal residence or investment property on the Gulf coast.
