Not in the Moorings condominiums, which set minimum stays of 30 days or more. For weekly stays, two towers in nearby Naples Cay, Club at Naples Cay and Westshore, allow 7-day minimums.

Which Moorings buildings allow the shortest rentals?

Bella Baia allows 30-day stays with up to three leases a year. Southern Clipper, St Croix Club and La Tour Rivage allow one 30-day lease a year, and Sancerre and Regency Towers allow up to three 60-day leases. Most other buildings require 90 days or more.

When should I book a Moorings rental for winter?

For January through April, begin by September at the latest; the best residences are often reserved by returning guests a year ahead. November, December and May offer broader availability.

Are pets allowed in Moorings vacation rentals?

Rarely. Most Moorings associations prohibit pets, and those that allow them for owners often exclude seasonal tenants. Tell us about the pet at the start and we will identify any residences that can accommodate it.
