Robert and Marlene Alpizar lead every client relationship personally, supported by a marketing director, a transaction coordinator, a dedicated advisor for buyers and a property manager for the residences we look after. You will know each of them by name, and each of them will know your property.
How the Team Works
Robert Alpizar, Broker-Owner prices, negotiates and directs the presentation of every listing, and represents buyers personally across Naples' waterfront neighborhoods. Marlene Alpizar co-leads the sales team and works directly with buyers and sellers. Mia Alpizar works with buyers on search, showings and due diligence. Alyssa Lastre, Marketing Director, produces the photography, film, print and digital campaigns for every listing. Barbi Vilaseca, Transaction Coordinator, carries each contract from acceptance through inspections, approvals and closing. Angel Alpizar, Property Manager, oversees the residences under Alpizar Property Management for owners and residents.
