Bluebill Avenue | Hurricane Ian Update

Hello. Just a quick update on The Towers on Bluebill Avenue as of October 3rd, 2022...

Our team has taken some pictures and aerial footage video offering a bird's eye view on the community and its current state. Scroll down to watch the video below.

The buildings have been evacuated due to flooding of the lobbies and second floor units. Collier County Sheriffs are only letting Residents and Vendors through. The parking lots have been washed out causing damage to vehicles. The Marina also is quite damaged with boats washed onto shore or off the boat slips.

Our team will continue to make an effort to visit the community and take more footage in order to keep everyone updated every 30-60 depending on the progress made.
