These are the five most important steps in buying a house in Naples, Florida.

Number one: Get pre-approved. You need to know how much you're can afford, how much you need down, and what your monthly payments are going to be, so you can be comfortable. You don't wanna be house poor, right? 

Number two: Criteria. Now that you know how much you've been pre-approval for and what you can spend, you need to figure out what exactly it is that you want. Do you want a three bedroom?
