My experience with Robert was great. I had my land listed with another agent for almost a year with not one offer. I decided to try and sell the property myself at which time Robert inquired about my property. Robert continued to stay in touch, offering to list the property for me. He was  persistent but in no way pushy. He was confident that he could get the price I was looking for . I decided to give him a chance, as I really appreciated all his efforts. Robert is extremely responsive and knowledgeable in his field. He helped find a lovely carriage home in a great area in Naples. Couldn’t have asked for a kinder person to help with my search. Because we aren’t local often and have lots of questions from afar, he finds the answers to questions he  may not immediately know. Nowadays, it 's rare to find a Realtor as transparent as Robert. He is very knowledgeable of the overall market, and works diligently to meet and exceed all buyers/sellers expectation. As a seller remotely from out-of-town, I need someone who can present the fair market value, Robert came in and  did throughout research to be able to have smooth transaction in shortest time possible. Marlene worked with my wife for nearly 3 years keeping us updated as to what came on the market in our price range. She took us to numerous condos until we found the one we wanted.
