Very refreshing to have someone as excited to find me a property as I am to get one. Having Mr Alpizar in my corner is a blessing. I've had recent dealings with other agents and it seemed they were more bothered to help or even at times call back. Since working with Mr Alpizar I've seen three times the properties and am close to closing on my dream home now, thanks to his hard work and perseverance. 5 Stars across the board.

Robert is extremely responsive and knowledgeable in his field. He helped find a lovely carriage home in a great area in Naples. Couldn’t have asked for a kinder person to help with my search. Because we aren’t local often and have lots of questions from afar, he finds the answers to questions he  may not immediately know. He is highly regarded by the people he has put us in contact with for various reasons. It isn’t about the sale to him, it’s about making people happy. Robert is awesome to work with. He isn't pushy and listens to what you want. He helped my daughter buy her first home and negotiated it so it was not only in her price range but he shaved some dollars off closing costs!

My experience with Robert was great. I had my land listed with another agent for almost a year with not one offer. I decided to try and sell the property myself at which time Robert inquired about my property. Robert continued to stay in touch, offering to list the property for me. He was  persistent but in no way pushy. He was confident that he could get the price I was looking for . I decided to give him a chance, as I really appreciated all his efforts. I listed the property with Robert in mid January and a little over one month later, the property sale has been completed and successfully sold. Nowadays, it 's rare to find a Realtor as transparent as Robert. He is very knowledgeable of the overall market, and works diligently to meet and exceed all buyers/sellers expectation. As a seller remotely from out-of-town, I need someone who can present the fair market value, Robert came in and  did throughout research to be able to have smooth transaction in shortest time possible.
