Three years ago a couple moved to Southwest Florida and decided to build the home of their dreams. They decided on a location in Section 94 of South Gulf Cove because it afforded amenities like public water and sewer, fiber optic internet and lenient deed restrictions that allowed open parking of their RV or boat as well as the construction of an additional garage if they wanted. They chose the largest lot they could find, three-quarters of an acre, and engaged renowned local builder DM Dean to construct their home surrounded by a vast lawn. They also wanted a garage large enough to accommodate their passions. So they created a 4-bay space high enough to easily handle a vehicle lift, plus an additional wood or mechanics shop at the rear. And to make access easy for everyone, the home boasts a nearly 40-foot-wide paver drive and a walkway all around to keep rainwater from splashing and staining the walls.
