Nowadays, it 's rare to find a Realtor as transparent as Robert. He is very knowledgeable of the overall market, and works diligently to meet and exceed all buyers/sellers expectation. As a seller remotely from out-of-town, I need someone who can present the fair market value, Robert came in and  did throughout research to be able to have smooth transaction in shortest time possible. I strongly believe he is fair to both buyers and sellers. Strongly recommended to anyone in need for selling/buying property in Naples (GGE specifically) area.

Very refreshing to have someone as excited to find me a property as I am to get one. Having Mr Alpizar in my corner is a blessing. Robert helped us on a foreclosure property in Naples and it could not have gone smoother. Marlene worked with my wife for nearly 3 years keeping us updated as to what came on the market in our price range. She took us to numerous condos until we found the one we wanted. Robert is the real estate agent everyone would like to have representing them! In our case, we were buying a property! We were very impressed with his advice on what the purchase price should be and also with the negotiation skills he displayed!
