Robert is the real estate agent everyone would like to have representing them! In our case, we were buying a property! We were very impressed with his advice on what the purchase price should be and also with the negotiation skills he displayed! We got the property 13% under the asking price and we couldn't be happier!!

My experience with Robert was great. I had my land listed with another agent for almost a year with not one offer. I decided to try and sell the property myself at which time Robert inquired about my property. Robert continued to stay in touch, offering to list the property for me. He was  persistent but in no way pushy. He was confident that he could get the price I was looking for . I decided to give him a chance, as I really appreciated all his efforts.
