My experience with Robert was great. I had my land listed with another agent for almost a year with not one offer. I decided to try and sell the property myself at which time Robert inquired about my property. Robert continued to stay in touch, offering to list the property for me. He was  persistent but in no way pushy. He was confident that he could get the price I was looking for . I decided to give him a chance, as I really appreciated all his efforts. I listed the property with Robert in mid January and a little over one month later, the property sale has been completed and successfully sold. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great realtor to give Robert a chance. I am confident you will be as happy as I am with his knowledge and professionalism. Robert is the real estate agent everyone would like to have representing them! In our case, we were buying a property! We were very impressed with his advice on what the purchase price should be and also with the negotiation skills he displayed! Nowadays, it 's rare to find a Realtor as transparent as Robert. He is very knowledgeable of the overall market, and works diligently to meet and exceed all buyers/sellers expectation. As a seller remotely from out-of-town, I need someone who can present the fair market value, Robert came in and  did throughout research to be able to have smooth transaction in shortest time possible. I strongly believe he is fair to both buyers and sellers. Strongly recommended to anyone in need for selling/buying property in Naples (GGE specifically) area.

Robert is awesome to work with. He isn't pushy and listens to what you want. He helped my daughter buy her first home and negotiated it so it was not only in her price range but he shaved some dollars off closing costs!

Robert is extremely responsive and knowledgeable in his field. He helped find a lovely carriage home in a great area in Naples. Couldn’t have asked for a kinder person to help with my search. Because we aren’t local often and have lots of questions from afar, he finds the answers to questions he  may not immediately know. He is highly regarded by the people he has put us in contact with for various reasons. It isn’t about the sale to him, it’s about making people happy. That’s a very positive trait and quality to have when in sales field. I’d recommend him in a heart-beat and hope to continue working with him.

Very refreshing to have someone as excited to find me a property as I am to get one. Having Mr Alpizar in my corner is a blessing. I've had recent dealings with other agents and it seemed they were more bothered to help or even at times call back. Since working with Mr Alpizar I've seen three times the properties and am close to closing on my dream home now, thanks to his hard work and perseverance. 5 Stars across the board.

Marlene worked with my wife for nearly 3 years keeping us updated as to what came on the market in our price range. She took us to numerous condos until we found the one we wanted. She was with us every step of the way, helping with financing, insurance, title search etc. Living in NY and buying a  condo in FL. can be difficult but Marlene walked us through the process like family.
