A Private Island at the Mouth of Wiggins Pass
Pelican Isle is a gated fifteen-acre island in North Naples where three eleven-story towers, the boutique Aqua residences and one of the finest yacht clubs on the Gulf coast share the same shoreline. Open water is roughly ten minutes from the dock, which is closer to the Gulf than almost any other tower community in Naples.

The Yacht Club at the Center of It
What sets Pelican Isle apart from other North Naples towers is the Pelican Isle Yacht Club inside the gates. Membership is optional, but most owners join for the marina, the waterfront dining room, three pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center and the water taxi that runs members across the pass to the beach. The marina was rebuilt as a modern 190-slip facility with dockage for vessels up to roughly 55 feet, and its position just inside Wiggins Pass means the Gulf is a short idle away rather than a long backwater run. Slips are owned or leased separately from residences, so confirm what conveys before you make an offer. Membership details are at the Pelican Isle Yacht Club, and the association's rules and regulations are available here.
Two Ways to Own Here
The original three towers offer the island's best value: generous three-bedroom floor plans from the mid-1990s, many fully reimagined, with sunrise views over the Cocohatchee on one side and Gulf sunsets on the other. Aqua at Pelican Isle is the newer, larger and more private option, with two boutique towers of private-elevator residences, a sky lounge, theater, golf simulator, guest suites and its own 29-slip basin. Both share the same gate, the same pass and the same ten-minute run to open water.

Pelican Isle: Questions Buyers Ask
Is Pelican Isle Yacht Club membership required?
No. Membership is optional and offered with purchase. Owners who do not boat still join for the dining, pools, courts, fitness center and beach shuttle.
How close is the Gulf by boat?
About ten minutes. The marina sits just inside Wiggins Pass, so there is no long canal or bay run before open water.
Do boat slips come with the residence?
Not automatically. Slips at the Yacht Club are held separately, and Aqua's basin has its own docks. Some sellers include a slip; many do not. We verify this on every listing we show.
What is the difference between Pelican Isle and Aqua?
Pelican Isle's three towers date from 1995–1997 with residences of roughly 2,400–4,500 square feet. Aqua's two towers, built in 2008 and 2017, are larger, newer and more amenity-rich, with private elevators and residences from about 3,500 to 6,000 square feet.
Can I rent out a Pelican Isle residence?
Yes, within limits. The Pelican Isle towers require a 90-day minimum lease and allow two leases per year. Aqua sets its own policy, so ask us for the current rules on any residence you are considering.
