Nowadays, it 's rare to find a Realtor as transparent as Robert. He is very knowledgeable of the overall market, and works diligently to meet and exceed all buyers/sellers expectation. Robert helped us on a foreclosure property in Naples and it could not have gone smoother. My experience with Robert was great. I had my land listed with another agent for almost a year with not one offer. I decided to try and sell the property myself at which time Robert inquired about my property. Robert continued to stay in touch, offering to list the property for me. Robert is awesome to work with. He isn't pushy and listens to what you want. He helped my daughter buy her first home and negotiated it so it was not only in her price range but he shaved some dollars off closing costs!

Marlene worked with my wife for nearly 3 years keeping us updated as to what came on the market in our price range. She took us to numerous condos until we found the one we wanted. She was with us every step of the way, helping with financing, insurance, title search etc. Living in NY and buying a  condo in FL. can be difficult but Marlene walked us through the process like family.
