My experience with Robert was great. I had my land listed with another agent for almost a year with not one offer. I decided to try and sell the property myself at which time Robert inquired about my property. Robert continued to stay in touch, offering to list the property for me. Robert is extremely responsive and knowledgeable in his field. He helped find a lovely carriage home in a great area in Naples. Couldn’t have asked for a kinder person to help with my search. Because we aren’t local often and have lots of questions from afar, he finds the answers to questions he  may not immediately know. Very refreshing to have someone as excited to find me a property as I am to get one. Having Mr Alpizar in my corner is a blessing. Nowadays, it 's rare to find a Realtor as transparent as Robert. He is very knowledgeable of the overall market, and works diligently to meet and exceed all buyers/sellers expectation.
