Request a Curated Selection of Marco Island Boat Slips
Each Marco marina has its own character — Esplanade for dining and shopping at the dock, Marco Island Marina for the member club and the river, Factory Bay for privacy, Calusa for the backcountry and liveaboard rights. Tell us the vessel and how you boat, and we will assemble a private selection of slips that fit, including slips coming to resale before they list. Complimentary and without obligation.
Owning a Slip on Marco Island
At Marco Island Marina and Esplanade you purchase the submerged land beneath the slip by deed and become a member of the owners' association that maintains the docks; the slip can be sold, leased or financed like any real property. Factory Bay slips are similarly owned. Buyers should confirm the association's maintenance fee, any dock-replacement reserve, the insurance requirement, and the marina's rules on vessel length overall relative to slip length, liveaboard and subleasing. We review each before an offer.
Marco, Goodland and the Isles of Capri
Marco's marinas sit on the Marco River and Smokehouse Bay with quick runs to either pass. Goodland, at the island's southeast corner, is the working waterfront and the doorway to the Ten Thousand Islands, with Calusa Island Marina's wet and dry slips and a boat ramp. The Isles of Capri, across the bridge, offer canal-front homes with private docks for buyers who prefer a house to a marina. For deep-water slips with the broadest inventory, see boat slips for sale in Naples, 30 minutes north.
