My experience with Robert was great. I had my land listed with another agent for almost a year with not one offer. I decided to try and sell the property myself at which time Robert inquired about my property. Robert continued to stay in touch, offering to list the property for me. He was  persistent but in no way pushy. He was confident that he could get the price I was looking for . I decided to give him a chance, as I really appreciated all his efforts. I listed the property with Robert in mid January and a little over one month later, the property sale has been completed and successfully sold. Robert helped us on a foreclosure property in Naples and it could not have gone smoother. Robert is awesome to work with. He isn't pushy and listens to what you want. He helped my daughter buy her first home and negotiated it so it was not only in her price range but he shaved some dollars off closing costs!

Robert is the real estate agent everyone would like to have representing them! In our case, we were buying a property! We were very impressed with his advice on what the purchase price should be and also with the negotiation skills he displayed!
