STRATEGY

Considering the high carrying cost of the property, our best option is to price and market the property aggressively. It is evident that the home will require some updates in order to compete with newer and updated properties. With that said, we market it as a deal that cannot be passed up! My team and I will create and run ads locally and in the Northern States where the majority of Wyndemere residents come from. Our initial pricing is about $25,000 higher than we think it is valued. This amount can be reduced in 30 days if we do not get the interest we expect.... our goal is to not leave any money on the table while at the same time having the property sold within 30-60 Days. Let us know your thoughts on our strategy... it has worked well for us in the past with properties in need of renovation.
